Started a new painting of tulips

Just a rough draft of the drawing on a canvas. it's a odd size canvas someone gave me when they were cleaning out their supplies. Always knew I'd find something to put on it lol

My kids had bought me some tulips last year and I went around taking photos of them for days in different stages and angles. I always wanted and planned on doing a series of paintings from them. Well here is the start! I have several planned but this is the one that really stood out to me for this canvas.

Can't wait to see what magic happens when I add the paint.

Here is the newest order I"m working on. It's a large mouth bass fish on a wood plaque. I love painting fish like this. I can get the different color variations and add alittle sparkle to the skin here and there. They are alot of fun. I'll take another pic once I'm done.
